Puppy-center's applications offers services and utilities for logging and tracking dog-related information. Furtermore expert information and tools (pregnancy calculator, progesteron tool,...) are provided and petdata can be shared with veterinarians. YOU SHOULD NOT RELY ON THIS INFORMATION AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR, NOR DOES IT REPLACE, PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS OR TREATMENT.User Obligations
By accepting these terms, puppy-center grants to you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and limited right to access and use our services for your own private purposes only. You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for the internet connection and/or mobile charges that you may incur for using our services.You also acknowledge and agree that your use of the Internet and access to the app is solely at your own risk. You should also understand that the confidentiality of any communication or material transmitted to/from a app over the Internet or other form of global communication network cannot be guaranteed. You agree that you will not use another person or entity’s name or e-mail address when you use our services; If you create a user account, you agree that you will only create one account per platform, provide your full name and a valid e-mail address through which we will be able to contact you as well as any other step required in order to sign up for an account; you agree to keep your login details to your user account secure, which includes but is not limited to not disclosing your login details to anyone else or allowing someone else to use your login details or account; FURTHERMORE, YOU ARE ENTIRELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AND ALL ACTIVITIES AND CONDUCT, WHETHER BY YOU OR ANYONE ELSE, THAT ARE CONDUCTED THROUGH YOUR ACCOUNT;

Neither employees, contractors, or sponsors are responsible or liable to you or anyone else for any loss or injury or any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive or other damages under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other theory arising out or or relating in any way1.)
